Our Story
How We Got Started
Orphans and Vulnerables for orphans and widows is a non-governmental organization born from the vision God gave to Mrs. Oly-Alawuba Nkeiruka in 2014.
The home specializes in caring for motherless, abandoned and less privileged children, creating a homely environment to nurture them in health and love.
We also cater for young jobless and homeless widows by accommodating them and teaching vocational skills. Since inception, we have cared for over 500 children and supported over 340 widows.
We are blessed with passionate caregivers who ensure children are well cared for. We are grateful to God for his kindness and protection.
Our doors are open to receive support daily. All we do is made possible by our partners/sponsors.

We have various individuals, groups, churches and corporate organizations that visit and donate gift items. Some celebrate birthdays with our children.
